| The Vantaggio Cosmo is the latest addition to our list of popular Residence Clubs. The 17-floor building has been completely remodeled and offers standard and deluxe rooms, most of them with a beautiful view. Each private room is furnished with a King or Queen bed. Full size beds are provided in shared rooms. Free DSL Internet Access All rooms have DSL ports with free Internet access. In addition, there is a computer room and a fitness center located in the building. Each room is equipped with a study desk, telephone, cable TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and hair dryer. All Deluxe rooms are on floors 10 through 17 and offer wonderful city views. Standard rooms have limited views. Excellent Location The Vantaggio Cosmo is located only 3 blocks from famous Union Square, in the heart of downtown San Francisco, and within a 10-minute walk from Brandon College Deluxe Suites available Fully furnished, two-room suites with amazing city views are also available. | Terms & Conditions for "Vantaggio Cosmo": • roommates for double rooms will be selected by the residence club • nonrefundable booking fee: $100 • refundable security deposit: $250 (double room), $400 (single room) - payable upon check-in • one-time, nonrefundable cleaning fee: $25 - payable upon check-in • one-time, refundable key deposit: $25 - payable upon check-in • monthly = 28 nights; weekly = 7 nights; daily = 1 night • for stays of less than a month add 14% San Francisco Hotel Tax • $250 cancellation fee for confirmed booking • minimum 4-week charge if canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival or after check-in • 30-day written notice required for any changes or early departure • all rooms and rates are subject to availability and can change without prior notice • all rates in US Dollars per person |
