		The Sutter Suites Residence Club offers students a quiet environment, perfect for studying and relaxing. This is an ideal place for independent students who prefer a level of privacy. Single and double rooms are available on five floors, all equiped with private baths. Students staying at the Sutter Suites have access to free activities and the International cafe at the Ansonia (only 2 blocks away). 4-week Minimum Stay recommended The Sutter Suites is recommended for long-term students staying at least 4 weeks. Free DSL Internet Access A computer room with free DSL Internet access is open 24 hours. There is also free wireless Internet access in all common areas and rooms. Each room is furnished with one or two twin-size beds, a study desk, telephone, refrigerator, microwave and cable TV & DVD player. Weekly maid and linen service is provided. Excellent Location The Sutter Suites Residence Clubs is located only 4 blocks from famous Union Square, in the heart of downtown San Francisco, and within a 10-minute walk from Brandon College.. Check-in/Front Desk Students check-in and pick up their room key at The Ansonia, which is only 2 blocks away. The front desk staff at The Ansonia will also assist students with questions about local activities, transportation, etc..
	Terms & Conditions for "Sutter Suites": • roommates for double rooms will be selected by the residence club • nonrefundable booking fee: $100 • refundable security deposit: $300 (double room), $500 (single room) - payable upon check-in • one-time, nonrefundable cleaning fee: $25 - payable upon check-in • one-time, refundable key deposit: $25 - payable upon check-in • monthly = 28 nights; weekly = 7 nights; daily = 1 night • for stays of less than a month add 14% San Francisco Hotel Tax • $250 cancellation fee for confirmed booking • minimum 4-week charge if canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival or after check-in • 30-day written notice required for any changes or early departure • all rooms and rates are subject to availability and can change without prior notice • all rates in US Dollars per person
