For our executive students or anyone who is looking for maximum comfort and privacy, we can arrange a studio or apartment in the exclusive Nob Hill area.

All apartments are fully furnished and accessorized with modern amenities, including cable TV, phone service, and wireless high-speed Internet Access at minimal monthly charge.

• Junior 1-Bedrooms
Bedroom and living room separate. Includes sitting area and desk, full kitchen and dining.

• Large 1-Bedrooms
Full Bedroom with extra sitting area, large living room with office corner. Full kitchen and dining. Views in 3 directions on upper floors.

• Executive 1-Bedrooms
Large 1-Bedroom with deluxe furnishing. includes free high-speed Internet Access, DVD/VCR, fax line, and extra housekeeping.

• nonrefundable booking fee: $150
• refundable security deposit payable upon check-in
• monthly = 28 nights; weekly = 7 nights; daily = 1 night
• all taxes included in rates
• check-in 24 hours
• $300 cancellation fee for confirmed booking
• minimum 4-week charge if cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival or after check-in
• 30-day written notice required for any changes or early departure
• all rooms and rates are subject to availability and can change without prior notice
• all rates in US Dollars per person
