Course Description
The General English is a part-time course for short-term students and visitors from all over the world.

This course follows the same curriculum as the popular Intensive English Course, without the Friday Workshops. We offer continuous instruction throughout the year with classes beginning every Monday.

Our classes focus on grammar, writing, conversation, pronunciation, listening, reading and vocabulary.

The purpose of the program is to enable students to obtain sufficient knowledge to become fluent in all areas of English.

Whether you are an absolute beginner or already have advanced English skills, we have the right level for you. When students arrive at Brandon College, they are given an extensive placement test to evaluate their language abilities in grammar, listening, speaking and writing.

Our classes are kept small in order to ensure a high degree of student-teacher interaction.
Average class-size is 6 to 8 students. Very often, students from more than 25 different countries study at Brandon College.
